So, to keep some form of written blogging alive, I will "try" to do a weekly update.
This week, besides having a strained neck, I've been working on some animation and character design for a startup company. It's a cute game and I hope it gets some traction. I've also been trying to keep a daily blog for two things. One my personal art and two my cat on cats blog. The reason for doing two of these, besides this personal blog, is to keep active as well as to publish a book or two at the end of the year. Or, possibly before the end of the year.
My need to make books comes from attending CTN-Animation Expo last year. It seems most people want a collection of art rather than separate prints. Mind you, there were still people who bought buttons and prints from me.
Other things to note this week, it is that time again to do TAXES!!! Since I did a lot of contract work last year, I need to do a quarterly payment. I'm not too excited about that, but in reality it is not money that is mine. Or at least I think that so it helps me give money back and not feel weird about it.
Lately, I've been looking back at my anti-socialness of last year. I feel terrible about it, but what can you do if you have a busy job? This year, I am determined to keep in touch with my friends IRL and Online. IRL = In Real Life. (Notes for my Parents who read this). hehe.
Since this blog has been moved from VOX to Typepad, it's hard to not get lost on all the things you can now do with the blog. Such as, how many words you have typed. I need to make sure I do at least more than 300. I feel that is a good, round number. Right? Since all my other blogs are heavy with photos, I feel this blog should be filled with mostly text.
Anywho, that's all for now.... might edit this post and future posts if things come up before Sunday.
